How long does a quotation take?
-Our quotations depend on the specific details however we aim to get quotations back within 24hrs. 

What Payment methods do you accept?
-Please note that we only accept Bank transfer or Cash only.

How long does our quotes last?
-All of our quotes have a date of expiration which is 30 days or stated otherwise.

I need more than one job doing, do I need to send multiple enquiries?
-This depends if you would like individual quotes or one quotation that covers all that is needed.

Can I amend my quote?
-Yes you can amend or change your quotation within the 30days. However as soon as we receive written confirmation to go ahead this is then turned into a works note which unfortunately cannot be amended.

When do I pay?
- Most works will require a deposit normally of 50% before works start, this is to cover material costs, which is non refundable. Balance of payment is due on completion of any works carried out. Unless stated otherwise. Contracted works may be stated as day rate, all in rate etc. This would be discussed at the quotation stage.
